Red Sea Coral Pro Salt's unique formulation is created by blending natural solar evaporated salt harvested from the Red Sea together with other fine elements including biologically balanced elevated levels of calcium, magnesium and carbonates : essential elements for for inducing the sustainable growth of coral skeletons. Red Sea recommend three different salinities for different types of aquarium : Fish only and non coral invertebrates, for a specific gravity of 1.021 at 25 degrees C, add 33.4g per litre, for Soft corals and LPS corals, for a specific gravity of 1.023 at 25 degrees C, add 36g per litre, and for SPS and clams, for a specific gravity of 1.025 at 25 degrees C, add 38.2g per litre. 7kilo bucket.
